Intercultural communication is a process that comprises an open and respectful exchange between individuals, groups and organisations with different cultural backgrounds or world views.
Communication is the act or process of using words, sounds, signs to express or exchange information, ideas, thoughts, feelings, etc. by speaking, writing, or using some other medium to someone else.
