Generalization
Striking is hitting something with the hand or an object held by the hand. When you throw/strike a ball, arm strength, coordination and leg power are developed.
Application
Practice the throwing and catching skills with partner.
1. Underhand throw for three times or more.
2. Overhand throw for three times or more.
3. Kick the ball for three times or more.
4. Spike the ball for three times or more.
5. Hit the ball for three times or more.
IV. Evaluation
