Important Notes
All rounds are worked in a continuous spiral (except Clifford’s eyebrows, eyelids, part of the hair and clothes). Do not join or turn, unless instructed otherwise
You may find it useful to use a stitchmarker for counting your rounds
Take your time to create your amigurumi’s face, it is a very important part of the final result
While stuffing and making the wire frame take care to give each part a nice shape
Size of finished figure
Clifford is approximately 30 cm tall.

Start to create the wire frame at this point. In my case the wire for the body was approximately 60 cm long. Keep in mind the size of the hook and the gauge of the yarn you are using.
Make a loop at one end of the wire that fits exactly into the body. Secure the loop with rubber tape.
Cut two pieces of wire for the legs and arms. In my case the wires were each approx. 80 cm long. You may want to leave it a little longer as the exact size can be adjusted later. One piece of wire will make one arm and one leg kitty-cornered. Secure the leg’s and arm’s wire with rubber tape to the main wire skeleton as you see on the pictures above.
Insert the wire into the body, lead the legs’ wire through the 2 holes created in Round 4, the arms’ and neck wire through the 3 holes created in Round 36 as you see on the picture. Stuff the body nicely around the wire.

FO. Close the hole by leading the thread through the front loops of last round, pull it tight and weave the yarn tail into the body.

With beige yarn embroider Clifford’s bottom. The bottom is formed by one big stitch. For the exact place and position see the pictures below. Pull the yarn tight and repeat the stitch a few times. Take care to give it a nice form.
From the upper end of the bottom stitch make one big stitch to the belly to create the belly button. Pull it tight and weave the yarn tail into the body.
