7. Guidelines for the implementation of individual work
One form of training classes on the course "Basics of law" is the individual work (SIW). It is a form of learning that contributes to the formation of students' theoretical thinking, the ability to analyze and understand the content and nature of the legislation.
In the course of the individual work there can be used the following pedagogical tools: group and individual tasks; business games; demonstrations; discussions; oral questioning; training; testing.
At SIW students have opportunity to use their taken knowloedges apllied to concrete situation owing to tasks including in SIW.
Each student at the time of semi-training period obliged to pass all question of SIW plan, to decide all tasks and to be ready to classes.
Preparing to SIW methodically expedient to do short notes by way of thesis on each question of theme studying both theoretical and normative materials.
Public speaking and information as report, paper, summaries of theory and practice materials accomplished by students in written form and it can be listened on SIW classes. During SIW answers can be using of notes, thesis, which contained on notebooks or report.
