There are some verbs, which are not used in the Present Continuous :
see, hear, feel, taste, smell, sound
believe, know, understand, realize, seem, think, remember, forget, recognize
like, love, dislike, hate, enjoy, prefer
to own, belong, have (= possess)
be, contain, look, include, matter, cost, mean, appear...
Mind the difference:
I think we should postpone the meeting. (Я считаю, что совещание нужно отложить.)
