1 Split into groups of 5-6. Imagine that you start a new venture. Decide who’s going to carry what responsibilities in your start up. Hold a meeting and record it.

2. Imagine you work for a company selling customized software. Your assignment is to sell a brand new product to some old customers. Make as many phone or skype calls as possible. Record the conversations. The student who will get more orders than others will be the winner.

3. Prepare an introductory lecture to new members of the staff on how to talk over the phone. There are some golden rules. And they may vary from one county to another.
