1. Present Perfect denotes the action, finished up to the present moment and there is some result of it.

When translating into Russian use past forms. (DL открыл филиал в Берне)

2. Present Perfect can also denote the action, which started in the and going on at present.

We have distributed Belle Cosmetics for seven years.

In this case signal words since (2007) – с 2007 года and for (three years) – в течение трех лет are used.

When translating into Russian use present forms. (Мы уже семь лет распространяем продукцию фирмы Belle Cosmetics.

Besides there are some other signal words: already ,yet ,ever, never, just, recently , lately, this (week, year), so far.
