Presented in the conceptual model of the activities are aimed at creating the most complete of Fond of learning tools.

Analysis of Fond of learning tools using a 3D model provides a means of verifying how existing learning tools allow you to:

- to integrate and differentiate learning content by grouping modules that provide the content of training means in the full and in-depth option;

- to intensify the educational process;

- forming of cognitive and professional motives of study;

- to incorporate objective methods of quality control of education by the administration and teachers.

The formation of the Fond of learning tools specialty is logically consistent development of the mission of professional education organization: providing quality educational services to the population.

Evaluation criterion content of Fond of learning tools is the consideration of the didactic possibilities of teaching. Various learning tools have different purposes, different didactic functions and capabilities.

Description a 3D model of Fond of learning tools and applications, allows to draw the following conclusions:

1. 3D model is used to analyze the content of the existing and search of missing learning tools in classroom work, course design, independent work, industrial training and in the conduct of the state final examination.

2. 3D model helps to structure the instructional activities can be used for the organization of the Fond of learning tools based on the conceptual unity of the interests of the administration and faculty.

3. Proposed 3D model is universal. Its use allows to identify the educational tools required in connection with changes and innovations. 3D model can be supplemented with on-axis "Elements of the educational process" element of the "System of education quality assessment" axis "Functions of the educational process" the educational function for which will also be the necessary elements of the educational process and activities; - axis "Types of workload" model can be supplemented with the item "Training and research activity of students", and others.

4. The proposed model is the synergistic nature of the formed modules new open content learning tools, 3D model promotes self-organizing activities of teachers

5. Ultimately, the use of 3D models is to create an optimal regulatory framework and search for the most effective learning tools for mastering the Basic professional educational programs.

6. Qualitative content of Fond of learning tools will allow you to perform basic educational task - bringing the training of specialists in accordance with the Federal educational standards, to ensure conditions for vocational education.

The use of three-dimensional models of Fond of learning tools will allow to improve the quality of training will contribute to improving the quality of teaching.
