Fond of learning tools needs to contain didactic material, adequate organizational form of learning and allows the student to reach the required level of learning and provide the teacher the opportunity at any time to check the effectiveness of their work, to self-monitor themselves and adjust their learning activities.
For the introduction of the 3D model of Fond of learning tools can be applied project technology: developed a conceptual model of the project (table 2), it builds a matrix of distribution of responsibility (table 3), defines the logic of the sequencing sequence work, schedule the project plan (table 4), built a Gantt chart (figure 3) using the program MS Projekt, identified the costs of implementation of the project.

The calculation of the project was implemented in the program MS Project. Project schedule for 120 days, are shown in table 4.

Figure 3 shows a Gantt chart, where the black color indicates those critical operations that need to pay most attention to: 1.5. "The establishment of performance criteria", 2.2. "Identify gaps, Fund, regulatory support and training"; 3.1. "Instructional resources"; 6. "Evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of 3D models".
