ABSTRACT
For analysis of the methodical security of educational process in the proposed 3D model of Foundation training means specialty. 3D model of Foundation training means a degree is a comprehensive information model of the pedagogical system, reflecting the content of training means that sets them a certain structure and displaying in a certain way the elements of the Foundation learning tools.

3D model Fond of learning tools
To ensure the educational process in professional educational organizations formed the Fond of learning tools. The Fund, which is a system of describing learning tools for the development of the Federal state educational standard in the specialty, includes regulatory, and educational documents, educational technologies and learning tools. Content Fond of learning tools designed for all types of educational activity of students must conform to the basic professional educational program variative educational programs. Fond of learning tools, specialty is planning, development and creation of optimum system of educational-methodical documentation and training.
Quality content of Fond of learning tools is an effective didactic tool for management training. Learning tools for forming of competence of future specialists should be diverse and be comprehensive in nature.
The question is, is there an algorithm for constructing a structure of methodological support of the specialty, meeting the requirements of Federal state educational standard? System assessment of the content of training and methodological support of the basic professional educational programs has been considered by researchers only recently. In the works of V. I. Andreev, baidenko, A. A. Verbitsky, G. I. Ibragimov, H. A. Selezneva, A. I. Subetto, and others disclosed the contents and the essence of the concepts "quality", "quality of the educational process" and others. However, out of sight of researchers remains the development and justification of the structured content Fond of learning tools.
In vocational education training and methodological basis of the basic professional educational programs deal with the relevant structures of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation, and direct the development Fond of learning tools is a function of the subject and cyclic commissions and teachers. There is no clear criteria and evaluation mechanisms developed training materials. The reason for this situation in the absence of an integrated approach and lack of theoretical issues related to construction technology is Fond of learning tools the basic professional educational programs. Thus, it is found the contradiction between the objective need for a scientifically based assessment system content Fond of learning tools and insufficient development of practical tools and organizational conditions analysis training and methodological support.

The comparison of the logical-pedagogical bases of existing expertise and semantic essence of the existing approaches to the compilation of the content Fond of learning tools has led to the formulation of the author's position on the analyzed issue. For analysis of the methodical security of educational process in the proposed 3D model of Fond of learning tools in the specialty. V. A. Shtoff defines a model as "a means of display, playback of a particular portion of reality with a view to its deep knowledge from observations and experiment to various forms theoretical generalizations" [6]. Vladimir Krajewski defines a model as "A system of elements that reproduce certain parties, communications, functions of subject of the research" [3].

The basis for creating three-dimensional models of Fond of learning tools was systematic and comprehensive approaches.
An integrated approach to 3D model Fund training funds requires that funds training provided and training activities of the teacher, the master, and the learning activities of students at all stages of the educational process.
An integrated approach is also reflected in the fact that Fond of learning tools specialty is represented in the form of educational and methodical complex, which should reflect the content of training in the specialty, to include a justification of the level of formation of competences.

The main purpose of the submission of Fond of learning tools in the specialty in a three-dimensional model (3D model) - harmonisation of individual elements of the educational process among themselves, and as a consequence, providing high quality of training.
The goal of the second level of creating 3D models:
1. The Analysis of available documentation and methodological support of educational process.
2. Identifying shortcomings of the existing set of regulations and training.
3. The Development of new documentation and the acquisition of new learning tools with the introduction of pedagogical innovations.
The task of creating 3D models of Fond of learning tools specialty:
to ensure the educational process with the necessary means of education;
to prepare funds planning of educational process;
to organize the implementation stages of the educational process for the development of General and professional competencies of students;
provide motivation of teachers and students to achieve the set objectives in achieving quality education;
to exercise control over the implementation of the basic professional educational program and curriculum.
3D model of Fond of learning tools in the specialty allows us to reflect the current situation on provision of learning resources and to bring them into a logical system.
Based on the three-dimensional model taken 3 axes: "Elements of organization of educational process", "Functions of the educational process", "Types of workload". 3D model allows you to explore 100 basic modules of teaching process (figure 1). The dimension of the model 5х4х5=100.

Each volume element model (cube, module) has a specific meaning. For example, the module 1.1.-2.1.–3.3. "The Normative base of planning of industrial training". Such a module can be represented by the following documents – Basic professional educational program specialty, the "Regulations on the practice of students mastering basic professional educational program of vocational education", "Training practices", etc. Module 1.3.-2.4.-3.4. "Information and communication technologies applied to control the quality of industrial training" may include software lessons and practice, including controls, tests, electronic journal of practice, sets of assessment tools, control and measuring materials with the use of information and communication technologies to test mastered in the practical training of professional competencies. Thus, the 3D model allows you to analyse the contents of major elements (modules) of the educational process. Teaching staff should constantly review the scientific content of training courses in order to bring it in line with the achievements of science and practice.

- Technical learning tools (teaching AIDS): audio-visual (DVD, VCR, projector, interactive whiteboard, television, computer, multimedia system, Internet); technical means of programmed training.

1.4. Methodological support: methodical instructions for independent work of students, methodical manuals, methodical recommendations, methodical instructions, methodical materials for the implementation of control and independent works.
1.5. Educational technology - building activities of the teacher, in which all individual steps are presented in sequence and integrity, and the implementation is intended to achieve the desired result and has a predictable character.
Create a 3D model of Fond of learning tools in the specialty was caused by the following needs:
First, the need to build a system of benchmarks to obtain the most complete and holistic view of the complex methodological support, the need to visualize the available information.
Second, the need to identify problem areas, which will later be rebuilt.
Thirdly, the need to predict what the new documents and teaching AIDS required by the introduction of pedagogical innovations.
The proposed 3D model is highly emergent in nature, it identifies elements of the educational process, which was not there before, but you need to pay attention. For example, in the process of learning is often not considered such an important module as 1.4–2.3–3.2 "Methodical support of students' motivation for self-employment." It needs to be the development of "guidelines for the implementation of extracurricular independent work", which reflects the following stages:
1 Motivational stage. The creation of teaching problem situation, setting before the students of the problem, the solution of which is possible only through the study of this subject, teacher talk about the theoretical and practical significance of the subject.
Stage 2 the wording of the main learning objectives.
3 Step self-monitoring and self-assessment opportunities ahead for the study of the topic.
4 Operational cognitive stage.
5 Reflexive evaluation stage.
For the formation of a stable positive motivation is important that is mainly in the evaluation of student work was high quality analysis of the work performed, the progress in the development of training material and identification of causes of deficiencies.
Identified during the analysis of the shortcomings of Fond of learning tools will require the development of normative and methodological support. We show an example of what can be done to develop the content of the module 1.4.-2.2.-3.4. "Methodological support for the organization of the course design" (figure 2).
