Annotation

Course work on a theme “Solution of the problem of determining the production program of the company in case of possible changes in weather, using matrix games”. Work is done by Ruslan Jumajanov, a third course year student, studying at M.Auezov South Kazakhstan State University, group ‘IP-13-3a’.

Coursework consists of an introduction, main part, which consists of two parts – the analysis and design. In the course of using the latest version of software and the text of the course project contains all the necessary information, as well as a list of references and applications for the job.

Course work is performed in Borland Delphi XE3.

Course work consists of two parts: analysis and design.

Definitions

In this course work are used the following terms and definitions:

Virtual economy – is a special economic environment, in which electronic business is implemented, an economy based on using interactive opportunities.

Game theory - is the study of mathematical models of conflict and cooperation between intelligent rational decision-makers. Game theory is mainly used in economics, political science, and psychology, as well as logic, computer science, biology and poker. Originally, it addressed zero-sum games, in which one person's gains result in losses for the other participants. Today, game theory applies to a wide range of behavioral relations, and is now an umbrella term for the science of logical decision making in humans, animals, and computers [1].

Production Planning - the planning of production and manufacturing modules in a company or industry. It utilizes the resource allocation of activities of employees, materials and production capacity, in order to serve different customers.

Delphi programming language – Delphi is a programming language and development environment software. It is designed by Borland (formerly known as Inprise). Delphi programming language formerly known as Object Pascal (Pascal with object-oriented extensions) originally focused on Microsoft Windows, but now affords to build custom applications for Linux and Microsoft .NET Framework.

Introduction

The relevance of the course work. The theme of my course work is ‘solution of the problem of determining the production program of the company in case of possible changes in weather, using matrix games’.

Today the basis of an innovation is made by the information technologies getting into all fields of activity of the humanity. Their usage promotes increase of overall performance of any enterprise. First of all, information technologies is a tool for virtual economy. Virtual economy – is a special economic environment, in which electronic business is implemented, an economy based on using interactive opportunities

Considering aims and objectives of enterprise production activity, the production program is leading part of plan of enterprise. All the other parts of the plan are being developed are being developed in accordance to enterprise program and have an aim to provide its implementation on time with less expenses. Production planning should be based on real demand on given production, the volume of producing production, calculated based on signed contracts for supplying production and studying conjuncture of market. Nomenclature and assortment is the basis for further enterprise production plan determining.

Practical significance. The production program represents calculation of enterprise capacities within which it is possible to turn out a certain volume of products. Proceeding from definition of the program, there is a possibility of determination of the sum of the expenses necessary for release of planned volume of production and also calculation of profit is made;

Besides, the production program is the tool which allows us to define a measure of use of business assets, how fully and effectively they have been used.

Evaluation current state solve scientific problems. Feature of problems of optimizing type is the diversity of their decisions caused by the following reasons: interchangeability of resources; interchangeability of ready types of production; existence of alternative production technologies; dissimilarity of technical and economic indicators even of the same economic subjects.

Two approaches to statement of optimizing tasks are possible: at the first approach it is required to receive the maximum end results under the set conditions of production; at the second approach it is required to receive the set end results at the minimum expenses of resources.

The mathematical tools allowing to solve economic problems of optimum type are called programming. There are linear and nonlinear programming. In practice the greatest distribution was gained by linear programming.

In current market relations activities planning of all enterprises is the main part of their developing, because current prices of products and resources are set by competitive manufacturers and consumers, and each enterprise decides what products and their amount they should produce in upcoming planning period. As a result, we achieve balance between producing and consuming of products, between the amount of market demand on services and goods and the volume of offer by enterprises in the planning process.

Market economy orients each manufacturer and entrepreneur to meet the requirements in the products and getting profit, new tasks occur in face of inside firm planning of enterprise activities: achieving of entire producing volume and using of all available resources, smart using of human resources and money funds, material stocks, technological methods, money.

Scientific novelty. Scientific novelty of the course work is to use modern application development tools for solving linear programming problems and the use of modern object-oriented programming language and implementation for solving the problem in this programming language in the process of production planning.

Eliminating these deficiencies is possible using program-target method of management. Its practical implementation in enterprises research necessities to substantiate the scientific and methodological provisions for the development of target complex programs, the organization of their design and implementation. This determined the choice of theme of the graduation project, led to its goal and objectives.

Object of research. The object of research is a ‘Biogen’ LLC production plan determining.

The purpose of the course work: to study the ‘Biogen’ LLC enterprise production plan for producing drugs and its main indicators.

Objectives: to give a definition to enterprise production plan, to take a look at the rates of the planning, to determine the optimal production plan for ‘Biogen’ LLC company.
