Prepositions in time expressions
9.3. Throw the toy and guess the preposition (GW)
Material: a toy/ball, a sheet with all words
Students throw the toy to each other choosing one word from the list (the list with the words can be in the middle of the table; you can make several copies if your group is big). The student with the toy gives the preposition used with the word. The other students listen attentively and agree or disagree. Teacher keeps the track of students’ correct answers on the board. The one with the biggest amount of correct answers wins.
