TALK WITH THE APPLICANT
Unfortunately, many of the conflicts at your place of work stem from the very first talk between the employee and the applicant. Now we consider three most typical mistakes.
1. It happens often enough that the executive in his talk with the applicant unintentionally idealizes the working conditions in which the newcomer is going to work. Actually, that is a kind of protection of reputation of his position because the executive is responsible to a certain extent for many of the shortcomings.
Consequently, the applicant accepts his new job on conditions that are not adequate to the reality. On encountering the reality, however, the newcomer may feel strong discontent and consider himself taken in.
