Numbers are taken from Airplane Flight Manual (AFM) charts rounded to the next highest cardinal.
Pilots are expected to use next higher card when aircraft weight exceeds card number.
VFRI is for Third Segment Flap Retraction Speed.
These cards are not meant to replace a full airport analysis; they are for quick reference only.
VREF = 1.23 VSR which is the same as 1.3 VS used on the existing aircraft.
