Ситуація 4. Така лекція була прочитана українцям, а яка англійцям?

Долари випускаються Федеральною резервною системою, заснованою конгресом у 1913р. На лицевій стороні американських доларів можна побачити портрети наступних відомих осіб: Джорджа Вашингтона, першого президента США, Авраама Лінкольна, Александра Хемілтона, Ендрю Джексона, Улісіса Гранта та Бенжаміна Франкліна. На зворотній стороні банкнот зображені різні відомі будівлі такі, як пам’ятник Лінкольну, будівля американського казначейства, Білий Дім, американський Капітолій, зал незалежності. Ситуація 14. Пілот Алекс Стенд зустрівся зі студентами і розповів про свій перший рейс. Ви вирішили написати про нього оповідання і зробили нотатки, щоб відобразити все цікаве.

Ситуація 15. Кажуть, що слово «гроші» дуже популярне серед українських людей. Ви йшли вулицею і раптово почули фрагменти розмов. Там дійсно часто виникало слово «гроші». Коли про свої враження ви розповідали своєму американському другу, то вам довелось свої думки перекласти англійською мовою.

1. Сара не заробляла багато грошей на своїй попередній роботі бухгалтера.

2. Вона звільнилась і вирішила розпочати власний бізнес. Сара не їздила відпочивати тому, що копила гроші.

3. Але достатньо грошей в неї не було, тому вона вирішила позичити їх у батьків.

4. Сара витратила майже всі свої гроші на відкриття бізнесу.

5. Зрештою через декілька місяців Сара почала заробляти гроші.
