Reading for Detail
Ex.1. Some people are dissatisfied with their body image and have cosmetic surgery. Read what men think of it.
What do Men really Think of Cosmetic surgery?
1) Darren Appleby, a 31-year-old art director, is married to Nicola, 30. They live in Cheshire.
Nicola loathes her nose and would love surgery to make it smaller, but even if I was the richest man in Britain I wouldn't pay for her to have it done. Aside from the fact that I love her exactly the way she is, why go under the knife needlessly? It seems so vain. Any operation is worrying, so I wouldn't want her to be put at risk unnecessarily. Nicola knows how I feel, so I'd be really upset if she had surgery behind my back – she'd no longer look like the woman I fell in love with.
