The summary
The theme of this diploma work is dedicated illumination of elections in mass within the framework of which the political system of Ukraine was considered and its illumination in Ukrainian MASS-MEDIA medias: legislative base, psychological aspect of this theme, methods of manipulation, and also direct analysis of MASS-MEDIA during an electoral company.
The purpose of the paper consists of what is experimental, by an analysis, to probe the degree of MASS-MEDIA influence on all of the tools of the political system, directly during electoral process.
In accordance with it tasks are put, to define concrete information generators, lighting up events, related to elections. Influences of the political system on its all of the tools by MASS-MEDIA.
In accordance with the put purpose and effluent tasks diploma work consists of introduction, two chapters, conclusion, list of literature and appendixes.
Chapter 1 « Political elections : determination, structurea and description » shows theoretical base, foundation, kinds and stages of the electoral system in Ukraine, and also legislative basis.
In a chapter 2 « Electoral process: conditions of efficiency » a leading role is taken direct illumination and influencing of MASS-MEDIA on electoral proces in Ukraine. Direct methods and results of influencing, that straight or indirectly influence on forming of political life in a country and political culture of Ukrainians, both electoral persons (parties, blocks) and electors.
