1 Variant (Ulcerous illness of stomach) Short information for a student at the station

Become familiar with a clinical task and answer the put questions. The patient of Д. 39 entered induction centre with complaints about pain in an epigastrium, weakness, dizziness, on the eve of address to the doctor, vomiting was marked "coffee-grounds".

Task:

1. Conduct questioning about complaints, take the history of disease - will define the problem of patient (II)

2. Find the results of radial research among offer pictures (VD)

3. Set the picture on the X-ray viewer. (VD)

4. Name and show on a picture basic radial symptoms (direct signs) corresponding to this pathology (VD).

Information for an examiner

1. Please, watch a student estimate (PII)

• Communicative skills and skills of taking the anamnesis;

• use of unverbal signs of attention;

• working out in detail of complaints of patient;

• taking the history of disease.

2. Choosed from offer pictures research results at a gastric ulcer (picture №1).

3. Set the picture on the X-ray viewer. (VD

4. Named basic radial symptoms (direct signs) characteristic for a gastric ulcer and showed them on pictures;

• it is a niche,

• it is an inflammatory billow,

• it is convergence of folds.

5. Name the syntopy of stomach (Anatomy)and show at the preparation

• at the front is the left lobe of liver;

• behind, on the left, from above is a spleen;

• behind is a pancreas;

• from below are loops of thin bowel.

6. Name the golotopi of stomach and show at the preparation

• intraperitoneally

• region epigastrica

7. Name and show at the preparation how the stomach is covered by peritoneum.

8. Name the skeletopy of stomach and show to the preparation

9. Name of the stomach it’s blood supply , innervations and show at the preparation
