3 Technical requirements for the product. Quality parameters under control

3.1 Sugar must meet the requirements of GOST 31361-2008 standard, and it is made in accordance with the technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner, in compliance with sanitary rules and norms approved by the state health authorities.

3.2 Characteristics

3.2.1 depending on the production method, sugar is divided into crystal chip metallic, sucrose champagne, sugar powder and extruded.

3.2.2 Crystal sugar, depending on the indicators quality

divided into four categories: first, second, third, fourth; sugar

powder - into two categories: the second and third; cube sugar for three ka-categories: first, second and third. Sucrose to produce champagne

the second category.

3.2.3 Crystal sugar is manufactured with the sizes of the crystals from

0.2 mm to,5 mm, sucrose champagne - with sizes ranging from1. 0 mm to,5 mm.

For crystalline sugar and sucrose champagne valid from-the deviation from the upper and lower limit of 5 % by weight of sugar crystals.

Sugar is produced in the form of splintered crystals with

dimensions depth of 0.2 mm.

3.2.4 Pressed sugar produced in separate pieces

various shapes and sizes.

Pressed sugar depending on the range is divided into:

- extruded crushed;

- extruded instant;

- extruded road.

3.2.5 organoleptic sugar must be matched to the requirements specified in table 1.

Name of an indicator

Characteristic

Appearance

White, pure without spots and foreign impurity, for sugar of the third and fourth categories the yellowish shade is allowed. Crystal sugar has to be loose. For sugar of the third and fourth categories lumps which break up by easy pressing are allowed

Sweet without foreign smell and smack, both in dry sugar, and in its water solution, for sugar of the fourth category the slight smell of molasses is allowed

Purity of solution

Solution of sugar has to be transparent, or poorly opalestsiruyushchy, without insoluble deposit, mechanical and other impurity. For sugar of the third and fourth categories opalescence is allowed

3.2.6 On physico-chemical parameters of crystalline sugar should conform to the standards specified in table 2.

paper) conductive gluing on her paper label or applying the paint with a stencil. In the marking group packaging in shrink film, paper label embedded in the middle of packing. On labels marking applied by printing, samplerobina or using stencil.

Marking of shipping containers (fabric or PP woven bags) is carried out by attaching a label to them asmerom mm ×60 mm waste from a white or light-colored fabric or synthetic woven not made of Dacron, or from waste portocartoon paper according to GOST 7362 reinforced on scraps of cotton paper and knitted fabrics of paper or the weight of 1 m 2 of at least 80 g, laminated polybag.-Lanovoy or polypropylene film having a thickness of at least 0.04 mm. The label placed on the neck of the bag and stitch simultaneously with the sewing of the bag.

Allowed to label the bags with sugar applying the paint directly

directly on the fabric of the bag showing the name of the company manufacturer's name and address, the product name, net weight, the STP-tion of this standard. Marking the names of the products according to the size of the letters must be different from other data.

On labels allowed marking in the two languages.

3.4.3 Transport labelling is carried out according to GOST 14192 with the application

manipulation of the sign “Protect from moisture”. It is allowed to combine on the one-dimensional label data characterizing the product and handling mark the size of 15 mm ×25 mm.

3.4.4 Information to be applied to consumer and transport taru (packages, bundles, boxes, bags, crates, multipacks), should keep:

- the name of the product indicating the raw materials from which made

sugar;
