In this paper I have described the present environment for e-business and illustrated what types of business transactions are possible today over the internet, explained how a college like OBC could benefit from e-business and also highlighted some of the difficulties they would face, explained the security and legislation and identify and assessed the relevant importance of such factors to OBC are likely to need to use.
