There are three possible connections between business and customers:
Business to business (B2B): partnership(OBC), suppliers and internet provider – for e-commerce and e-business
Business to customer (B2C): amazon, emails to students(OBC), complains and discussions about future relationships – for e-commerce and e-business
Customer to customer (C2C): ebay, autotrader, facebook, tripadvisor – feedbacks and advices – only for e-commerce
