Introduction

In this paper I will describe the present environment for e-business and illustrate what types of business transactions are possible today over the internet, explain how a college like OBC could benefit from e-business and also highlight some of the difficulties they would face, explain the security and legislation and identify and assess the relevant importance of such factors to OBC are likely to need to use.
