6.Kabardino-Balkaria

Kabardian-Balkarian Republic is situated in the centre of the Northen Caucasus. It has a very ancient and rich history. People lived on this territory thousands years ago. The population of our Republic is about 870000 people. The capital of our Republic is Nalchik. Nalchik has population of over 250000 people . Nalchik was founded an lands inhabited by Native people of Kabarda in 1724. Now Nalchik is a beautiful and modern city with lots of interesting land marks. Nalchik is a city of a military glory.

КБР располагается в центре СК. Она имеет древнюю и богатую историю. Люди жили на этой территории 1000 лет назад. Население нашей республики около 870000 человек. Нальчик-столица нашей республики. Население Нальчика около 250000 человек. Нальчик был основан на Земле, населенной коренными жителями Кабарды в 1724 году. Сейчас Нальчик – это красивый и модернизированный город со множеством интересных мест (достопримечательностей). Нальчик – город воинской славы.

7.Polyclinics

Many specialists including therapeutists, neurologists, surgeons and others work at the polyclinic. During the medical examination a physician usually asks the patient what he complains of and according to the complaints carries on the medical examination. The physician listens to the patient's heart and lungs and measures his blood pressure and if necessary asks the patient to take the temperature. The laboratory findings which include blood analysis, the analysis of urine (urinalysis) and other tests help the physician to make a correct diagnosis and administer a proper treatment. In addition to their consulting hours at the polyclinic local physicians go out to the calls to examine those patients who are seriously ill and whose condition is bad. Such sick persons receive a sick-leave. They usually follow a bed regimen.

Во время медицинского осмотра врач обычно спрашивает пациента - на что он жалуется и в соответствии с жалобами продолжает медицинский осмотр. Врач слушает сердце пациента и его легкие, и измеряет кровь, давление и, если необходимо спрашивает пациента измерить температуру. Лабораторные результаты, которые включают анализы крови, анализы мочи и другие тесты помогают врачу поставить правильный диагноз и назначить надлежащее лечение. 8.Our Future Profession

Medical students must understand well all the difficulties of their future profession. They must remember that often it will be difficult to diagnose a disease; sometimes it will be even more difficult to cure it. But a good doctor will always do his best to gain his patient's confidence. And the confidence of a patient in his doctor is a ''valuable remedy''.

Did you hear about Hippocrates Oath before you entered the Institute? What does it read? It reads, ''I shall enter any house for the good of the patient. I shall not do my patient any harm - these are the words from Hippocrates Oath. And they must be not only words from medical students. They must become the motto of their life.

Medical students must remember that to treat patients is a great art, but not an ordinary trade. It is one of the professions which require a real calling for it.

Наша будущая профессия  Cтуденты-медики должны хорошо понимать все трудности своей будущей профессии. Они должны помнить, что часто трудно будет диагностировать болезнь, иногда будет еще сложнее вылечить ее.  Но хороший врач всегда будет делать все от него зависящее, чтобы завоевать доверие пациента. И уверенность пациента в своем враче - это "Ценное Лекарство". Вы слышали о клятве Гиппократа, прежде чем поступать в институт? Что он гласит? Он гласит, '' я войду в любой дом для пользы больного. Я не буду делать моему пациенту никакого вреда'' - это слова из клятвы Гиппократа. И они должны быть не только словами для студентов-медиков. Они должны стать девизом их жизни. Студенты-медики должны помнить, что лечить больных - это великое искусство, но не обычное ремесло. Это одна из профессий, которая требует истинного призвания для него!
