I really like my boss. She is a lovely person, very easy to work for, very fair. She always asks what I think before she changes anything. If there is a problem, we solve it together. She never gets angry. I trust her, and she trusts me. It’s a pleasure to work for her, that’s why I would rather choose an organization of individual cultures.

Мне действительно нравится мой босс. Она прекрасный человек, с которым легко работать, и очень справедливый. Она всегда спрашивает, что я думаю, прежде чем изменить что-либо. I get on all right with my boss. He doesn’t worry about some details of our work. He is pretty fair, and he gives me a lot of freedom. I like that. But it makes me a bit angry when he gives me more work than I can do. I don’t think he understands that some parts of my job are very difficult. But on the whole, I don’t think we get on too badly. And of course I’d rather prefer an organization of role cultures.

I don’t like my job, because I can’t stand my boss. He is a difficult person to talk with. And moreover he can’t listen. And he is not fair: he can make mistakes, and it’s all right; but when I make some, he gets angry. It really makes me angry when he changes his mind about the problem again and again. I can’t leave the job right now, but I am really fed up. I don’t know what I’d choose, but I know well enough what I do.

Мне не нравится моя работа, потому что я не могу терпеть своего босса. Он трудный человек. И кроме того он не может слушать. Он не справедлив: он может делать ошибки, и все в порядке; но когда я делаю ошибки, он становится сердитым. Меня раздражает, когда он изменяет свои решения снова и снова.
