A guide to good manners during a conversation
Having a conversation with someone can be a wonderful thing. The best conversations are ones that end up being a ‘two way street’, with both parties equally interested in hearing one another's thoughts and sharing their own.
Avoid interrupting the person who you're conversing with.
Help to push the conversation forward by asking questions.
Turn your phone off before starting a conversation with someone. Even if you can't turn it off, avoid answering the phone during a conversation unless it's an emergency.
Look the person in the eye.
Avoid excessive talking about yourself. A conversation is one that involves two people.
There are a few topics that can usually jump-start any conversation. Use them to start your own conversation

The
role of
a
teacher in society is both significant and valuable. It has
far-reaching influence on the society he lives in and no other
personality can have an influence more important than that of a
teacher. Children are deeply affected by the teacher’s love and
affection, his character, his competence, and his moral commitment.
A popular teacher becomes a model for his children
childrenc.
They try to follow their teacher in his manners, clothes, etiquette,
and style of conversation. He is their ideal. All children are very
impressionable, and they tend to imitate both good and bad traits of
character. Therefore, any teacher must set good examples for
children.
Being good professionals, teachers have to manifest a responsible thinking, and their activities have to assure qualitative education. It is essential for teachers to be honest and fair with children as they expect children to be the same. Good teachers are those who do their best to establish good interpersonal relationships with their young learners. An ideal educator is always disciplined, patient, tactful, polite and responsible. He is kind-hearted, understanding and firm at the same time. A good teacher is one who knows how to keep the temper in check and act calmly in difficult situations. A good teacher is also ready to collaborate with parents, establishing open, honest and respectful relationships.
Any profession demands a special set of traits significant for that work. If your love children and meet all above mentioned requirements, if your life is ruled by strong principles – this profession is for you.
I strongly believe that teachers should never dress, speak or act in any place, time or manner that may bring the teaching profession into disrepute.
