Personal appearance

The professional image of our service personnel is a vital ingredient of how our guests perceive the overall hotel operation aboard our vessels.

All uniforms are washed or dry cleaned in the ship’s laundry.

It is the crew member’s responsibility to ensure that he or she allocates enough time to accomplish this process.

It is essential to report any deficiencies with the uniform to the Supervisor in a timely fashion in order that he or she can assist in helping to follow company guidelines.

A nametag must be worn at all times. It will be given upon boarding.

The nametag must be looked after as it is an integral part of the uniform.
