Task 5. Speaking and Writing

Contemplate the ideas:

Power of ideas

No matter what anybody tells you, words and ideas can change the world.

The only way to achieve anything is to first dream of it.

Change

Life changes us.

All of Life is about change.

Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.

If there is a single Constant in the Universe it's that nothing is constant.

Everything changes…

Choices

Life is a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.

Life changes us, and not always in ways we like. But we always have choices.

Life is a constant stream of choices, and the decisions we make are always within our own hands. Aren't they?

Growth

Generally, we learn about life by living life.

Life doesn't just exist. By definition, it lives. And that inevitably means growth.

Lessons

Life's lessons are learned for eternity.

The greatest thing you'll ever learn is to love and be loved in return.

We can learn a lot about our own Life by examining a small, significant moment of time in the Life of another.

Know thyself

Life is a long series of discrete (separate) events,

all leading to one all-important discovery.

Finding love is an important part of Life.

But, finding yourself is more than just a part.

Finding yourself IS Life.

A great need for acceptance

We all want to be "known" by others, to be appreciated for who we are inside.

We all have a great need for acceptance.

And we must trust that each of us is unique. Different.

But that doesn't mean there can't still be understanding.

Pursuit of goals and dreams

Life is a constant pursuit of goals and dreams,

but some people take that pursuit a bit too seriously.

Often we look too hard for what we already posses.

Movement

Life is constant movement, often from one place to another.

Doesn't that mean it's also constant leaving?

Memories

Tomorrow is a mystery.

But do we really know a great deal more about the past?

When your mind wanders to the past, do you think of the good times or the bad?

Good and Evil

If Life is like a rose, then what about the thorns?

Just think about the duality of Life.

A coin has two sides, and without both sides, there could be no coin.

Into every life a little rain must fall.

How we deal with that rain is what determines our future.

Life and Love

To understand Life, perhaps we first must understand Love.

Life and Death

Death and Life aren't separate forces, but must be examined together.

As reflections of each other and how they impact each of us.

Real power

Most believe that being tough is a virtue, a way to get through Life.

But that's not always the case…

Priorities

Living is often a matter of setting priorities about what's important to us.

Before it's too late…
