Тема: «Про 10 заповідей успішного бізнесу. Мої плани на майбутнє. Умовний спосіб дієслова.» Мета: усвідомити лексику з теми та активізувати вживання в мовленні , опрацювати текст по темі, навчитися складати речення з лексикою та запитання.

знати: лексичний мінімум з теми, особливості вживання умовного способу дієслова

вміти:перекладати тексти, користуватися словниками, вживати нову лексику.

1. Read and learn the text by heart:

The ten commandments of good business

My elder brother is a businessman and has his own office in the centre of our city. Once І visited his office and stopped at the door of it: there I saw a big placard written in English and Ukrainian. The title of it was "The Ten Commandments of Good Business". І have heard about the Ten Commandments, but they are connected with the Bible. So І became interested in it and read it from the very beginning. Here it is:

1. A customer is the most important person in any business.

2 A customer is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him.

3. A customer is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it.

4 A customer does us a favour when he calls. We are not doing him a favour by serving him.

5 A customer is a part of our business, not an outsider.

6 A customer is not a cold statistician, but a human being with feelings like our own.

7. A customer is a person who brings us his wants. Our job is to fill those wants.

8 A customer is deserving of the most courteous and attentive treatment.

9. A customer is the fellow who makes it possible to pay our salary.

10. A customer is the lifeblood of every business.

Заповідь 1. Чітко визначте, чого ви прагнете досягти і сформулюйте свою мету.

Заповідь 2. Завжди треба мати запас вільних коштів.

Заповідь 3. Не дозволяйте дрібницям заступати перспективу.

Заповідь 4. Ставте в основу діяльності фірми функції, а не людей.

Заповідь 5. Створіть систему, що працюватиме сама.

Заповідь 6. Бережіть свого клієнта. Саме клієнт - основа будь-якого бізнесу.

Заповідь 7. Гарантуйте якість. Звичайно, якщо ви не виробляєте товар, а лише продаєте, то це важче.

Заповідь 8. Стримуйте свої потреби. Надмір грошей не менш небезпечний, ніж їх брак.

Заповідь 9. Підводьте підсумки щотижня.

Заповідь 10. Стимулюйте своїх працівників.

І останнє - відсутність результату - це також результат, а негативний досвід - все одно досвід.

Мета: засвоїти лексику по темі та активізувати її вживання в мовленні, вивчити вживання складносурядних речень в англійській мові.
