Popular, attract all people . it is served in the form of a “take-away” in restaurants, fast food outlets/ fried fish and chips, pastries,sandwiches,burgers&pizza drinks:milkshakes, soft drinks and hot beverages. hot dog is the most popular snack./ 1st in Germany- called Frankfurt/ USA - 1860s-“dachshund sausages” reminded of a dog with a very long body&short legs/ very popular- NY were sold during baseball by the men who kept them warm in special hot-water tanks/ in 1906 an Am.cartoonist Tad Dorgan went to a baseball match/he saw the men selling dachshund sausages- idea for a new cartoon/he drew a bun with a dachshund inside/he did nt know how to spell “dachshund”- he wrote under the cartoon: “Get your hot dogs!” This fact was a sensation, and so was the new name of the snack which is still very popular throughout the world.

It is consid. that Britain and good food are differ.things. it is really very difficult to find English food in England.IF you want to try a British cuisine you should go to the traditional home. foreign dishes are replacing traditional British food.
1 of the reason- the British have always imported food from abroad and foreign trade has become the major influence on British cooking-were successfully incorporated into British dishes. 2nd reason- weather.British rain gives rich soil and green grass, which means that the Englishmen are able to produce some of the finest varieties of meat, fruit and vegetables-there’s no need in sauces or complicated recipes. Minus-English cuisine is time–consuming.

However, many additives are not acceptable-they may bring on unpleasant consequences:cause people feel unwell, allergies, bring to nervous disorders. we must be careful with these additives not to bring harm to one’s health.
