Образование времени The Future Continuous
Форма глаголов в Future Continuous образуется при помощи глагола to be в будущем времени (will, shall) + глагол-связка be и Present Participle смыслового глагола.
Отрицательная форма Future Continuous образуется с помощью частицы not, которая ставится после вспомогательного глагола to be: He will not (won’t) speaking to the director.
В вопросительной форме Future Continuous вспомогательный глагол to be ставится перед подлежащим.

Значение и употребление времени The Future Continuous
Future Continuous употребляется:
для обозначения будущего действия с оттенком намерения,т.е. того действия ,которое скоро произойдет: I shall be visiting Moscow in February (I intend to visit Moscow in February) –В феврале я поеду в Москву (Я собираюсь поехать в Москву в феврале);
в вопросительных предложениях, для выражения обычного действия, когда речь идет о планах на будущее: Will you be calling on home while you are in Moscow? – Ты будешь звонить домой из Москвы?
для обозначения действия, которое совершается в определенный момент в будущем или будущее действие, ограниченное в своей длительности определенным периодом времени: Tomorrow from 5 till 6 I shall be waiting your call – Завтра с 5 до 6 (указанный период времени) я буду ждать твоего звонка;
в придаточных предложениях времени и условия для обозначения будущего действия употребляется Present Continuous: If it is raining we shall not go out – Если будет дождь, мы никуда не пойдем.
