Conclusion
In short, sleepiness interpreted the strongest relationship of sleep quality and sleep duration with school performance. To sum up, all these results show the importance of sleep is in memory encoding and functioning memory and supports the hypothesis that loss of sleep declines some aspects of learning performance in children and adolescents. Furthermore, later sleep time was evidenced with high connection to destroyed social life, health, motivation, and physical status. However, as this study was based in only with the latest method of taking information of brain activity and report-based diagnostics’ results, it will more developed studies in the area of brain lobes of people, as well brain has many lobes with various functions and different roles. Taking everything into account, there is growing substantial evidence that learning, memory and the key neural plasticity are affected by sleep quality.
Reflective component
From the time of entering university I used to stay awake until 2 a.m. and in the Christmas holidays when I lived with my family that my habit destroyed a lot of main things. Because of I did not sleep other members had difficulty with awakening at early mornings for their jobs and school. That is why one day my mother was sad of this situation. Thus I was sad too. So I thought about importance of sleep. I want to show its importance as regularly I met difficulties in lectures and problem sheet classes. So, firstly I chose to give an idea that sleep should be well taken for well academic performance and scores. After fully choosing the topic, I made mistake by turning attention for solutions of sleep problem. That is why at the beginning I lost my direction. But, what about sources, this term it was easier to find academic sources as topic was broad. So I had about 20 sources and I did not want to restrict the numbers of sources as I was interested in all of them. Another mistake was that I tried to highlight main points at second reading but actually I did not have enough time to read twice about half of them. After identifying main points I knew that I had problem with paraphrasing and visited the library as soon as it was possible. Fortunately, I found useful a list of useful verbs, an example of research paper and one example of paraphrased paragraph. I wanted to read them first at the beginning but as reading week started I worried about time and began immediately. That is why after first draft I got worse percentage with paraphrasing. Then till the final draft I tried to add some my ideas why I have chosen those parts and summarized them. I think this time it will be easier to understand for the reader why my research topic is important.
