5.3 Production sanitation and occupational health
Safety requirements during the work with the personal computer treat:
• Noise levels, microclimate, air ionization levels in production rooms have to meet requirements of sanitary standards
• Illumination of workplaces has to meet the requirements of existing structural rules and rules:
• Rooms have to have natural and simulated lighting.
• Natural and simulated lighting has to conform to requirements of operating normative documentation. Windows in rooms where the computer facilities are operated, mainly have to be focused to the north and the northeast.
• Illuminating intensity on a surface of a table of the user the video display terminals (VDT) and the personal electronic computers (PEC) in a zone of an arrangement of the document has to be 300-500 lx.
• It is necessary to limit the reflected light on effective areas (the screen, a table, the keyboard, etc.) at the expense of the right choice of types of lamps and an arrangement of workplaces in relation to sources of natural and simulated lighting.
• Local irradiating should not create patches of light on a screen surface.
• especially dangerous rooms in which there is one of the conditions creating special danger:
special dampness (the relative humidity of air is close to 100%, a ceiling, walls, a floor and the subjects which are in the room, are covered with moisture);
5.4 Electrical Safety
All electric equipment has to have reliable protective grounding or zeroing according to requirements of Rules of the device of electro installations.
(http://www.znaytovar.ru/gost/2/RD_164072000_Elektrooborudovan.html)
Grounding devices of electro installations have to conform to requirements P O-95120-001-94 SWEAT.
To grounding (zeroing) are subject:
- cases of electric cars, transformers, devices, lamps, etc.;
- drives of electric devices;
- secondary windings of measuring transformers;
- frameworks of distribution boards, instrument assemblies, guards and cases, and also removable or opening parts if on the last the alternating-current electric equipment over 42 V is established;
- metal designs of distributing devices, metal cable designs, metal cable pipe connections, metal envelopes of wires and armor of control and power cables, metal sleeves and electrical harness pipes, casings and supporting frameworks of bus wires, trays, a box, other metal designs on which the electric equipment is established;
- metal cases mobile and figurative electro receivers;
- the electric equipment placed on moving parts of cars and mechanisms.
Grounding devices have to ensure safety of people and protection of electro installations, operational duties. For that part of electric equipment which can appear alive owing to isolation violation, reliable contact with the grounding device or with grounding designs on which it is established has to be provided.
(http://www.znaytovar.ru/gost/2/NormyNormy_ustrojstva_setej_za.html)
Use of the earth as a working or zero wire is forbidden.
An instrumental inspection of a condition of protective grounding (zeroing) has to be carried out at least once a year, and also after installation or repair.
For ensuring electrical safety it is necessary to keep the following requirements:
- the design of the production inventory put in action by electric energy, has to turn on the device (means) for ensuring electrical safety;
- in inventory protection against casual heating at has to be provided to the parts which are alive;
- handles, levers and inventory buttons which touch with hands at normal operation, should not appear alive at isolation damage. To make measurement of an insulation resistance according to the Rules P O-95120-001-94 SWEAT;
- the inventory supplied with a cord of a delivery, has to have such fastening of cords at which they would not be stressed also to twisting in places of their accession in inventory and isolation of wires would be protected from an attrition;
(http://www.znaytovar.ru/new2673.html)
- tension has to be applied to power supply of lamps of the common irradiating not higher than 380/220 In alternating-current at the earthed neutral and not higher than 220 alternating-current V at the isolated neutral;
(http://www.znaytovar.ru/gost/2/GOST_1767782_Svetilniki_Obshhi.html)
- it is necessary to apply tension to a delivery of separate lamps not higher than 220 V. V rooms without the increased danger the specified tension it is allowed for all stationary lamps irrespective of height of their installation;
- on the front and inverse parties of each panel of distribution boards there have to be the legible inscriptions specifying number of a board and the devices installed on the panel and the equipment, and also tension and a current sort belong to what line or the unit;
- doors of rooms of electro installations (boards) have to be constantly locked;
- installation and cleaning of lamps, change of the fused electro lamps and repair of an electrical network have to be carried out at a removed stress;
- advertising irradiating, the gas-light installations feeding them transformers, store show-windows, etc. have to correspond to the Rules P O-95120-001-94 SWEAT.
