3.2 Choice of a platform of implementation
For operation over the textbook the editor of the Notepad language ++, by Dreamviewer as the most widespread editor for operation in the HTML format was used. Such choice is confirmed by the general practice of application of electronic textbooks. Perspective of such approach is display in different operating systems and browsers on their basis.
Thus, there is a necessary cross-platform of the textbook.
Not a secret that recently there are various attempts to transfer computer classes of educational institutions from the MS Windows operating system on operating systems of the Linux series.
And the HTML language as a hypertext cross-platform programming language allows to remain independent in this sense.

Use of the adaptive testing methodologies for the purpose of abbreviation of the general time of testing is perspective, however introduction of these techniques is complicated by difficulties of an assessment of complexity of asked questions [1]. I will mark some advanced developments provided in the market of the modern specialized software. It is system of remote learning of WebTutor (The Web software company - the developer of difficult information systems and program complexes. http://www.websoft.ru/) the ready decision for creation of system of remote learning and a corporate educational portal. STELLUS (http://www.stel.ru/do/frameabout.htm) - full-function, constructed on web technologies, a modular complex of the software for support of open education. System of the organization and carrying out testing of SunRav TestOfficePro http://www .sunrav.ru/srtop/index.shtml. Despite existence of these known development and several tens not called me less known, development of systems of testing and monitoring of knowledge of pupils remains on former actual. It speaks as rather high cost of the provided development for a customer, and what not all development allow to create highly effective tests of monitoring of knowledge of pupils on some special disciplines. For example, the testing systems oriented on monitoring of knowledge in the field of organic chemistry, shall provide possibility of easy creation of difficult chemical formulas [2].
The software allows to load the information intended for testing then it is possible to break off on-line connection and to execute dough passing in a standalone mode (off-line). After delivery of dough it is possible to send information with the ciphered responses to questions, having directly connected to the server or having executed sending information on e-mail. Developed by the software, registered in OFAP (a code of the program by ESPD.03524577.00658-01, completion date of development 28.04.2004), it is used in educational process. Databases with tests are prepared for courses: "Algorithmic languages and programming", "Programming in languages of the high level", "The theory of information systems", "Systems analysis of chemical technologies", "Operation with STN International network databases".
The program complex of testing is intended for examination in the form of dough. Consists of 3 parts which can be on different computers. Communication between computers can be carried out by means of a local area network (LAN), e-mail or with use of the external information medium.
