1. General requirements.
During design and selecting of the equipment the following normative documents, acting on the territory of the Republic Kazakhstan (RK) should be taken into account:
- SNIP RK 2.02-05-2009 Fire safety of buildings and structures;
- SNIP RK3.02-09-2010 Production buildings;
- SNIP RK 2.04-03-2002 Construction heat engineering;
- SNIP RK 2.04-01-2001* Construction climatology;
- SNIP RK 4.02-42-2006 Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning;
- SNIP RK 2.04-05-2002* Natural and artificial illumination;
- VUPP-88 Instructions on enterprises and buildings design for processing oil
and petrochemical industry in accordance with the rules of fire safety
2. Requirements to the switchboard room.
2.1 Purpose
The building is intended for accommodation in it complete distributive device 6 kv.
The building of RU – 6 kv must correspond to Kazakhstan and international standards.
The building has no constant servicing personnel.
The warranty lifetime of the building must be not less than 30 years.
The construction solutions shall provide as far as possible the block assembly and transportation of the building`s cells or of the building entirely.
Planning of the building is according to the drawing No.EK-931-EDS-006-000
2.1 Climatic data.
The place of the object`s location is Republic of Kazakhstan, Karaganda Oblast, Ulytau region.
2.2.1 Climatic data of the outdoor environment, according to the data of meteorological station Karsakpai:
- normative wind load 38 kg/m2;
- normative snow load 70 kg/m2;
- absolutely maximum temperature (+)42 С;
- absolutely minimum temperature (-)48 С;
- specified temperature of the most cool pentad (-)32 С;
- average annual rainfall 183 mm.
2.2.2 Soils are sandy, salty, clayed and loamy, halomorphic in places.
2.3 Structural requirements to the task.
Total dimensions of the block:

Framework:
- material…………the steel shapes of cold formation from 2.0 ÷to 4.0 mm thick;.
- preparation.…...... sand wheel blasting as Sa 2.5, zinc based priming 30 ÷40 μм, external vinyl acrylic coating 60 ÷70 μм thick;
- water course …....drain pipe (chute) on the framework of the roof.
Floor:
- external covering……………….. zinc-coated steel – a sheet metal;
- insulating filler……………………. mineral cotton;
- protection from evaporation………. polyester foil;
- floor board………………………… 20 mm thick;
- allowed load………………………. 25 kN/m2.
Non-bolting roofing, with external draining, made of sandwich panels:
- external covering………………….. zinc-coated steel - a sheet metal;
- insulating filler ……………………. mineral cotton;
- protection from evaporation ………. polyester foil;
- internal covering…………………… zinc-coated painted steel;
- allowed load ………………………. 1.00 kN/m2.
Front walls made of wall sandwich panels:
- external covering………………….. fine-corrugated, zinc-coated, painted sheet steel;
- insulating filler ………………….. mineral cotton
- internal facing …………………. zinc-coated, painted sheet steel,
- allowed load …………………. 0.50 kN/m2.
External doors:
- double-leaf gates sized 1800х2200(h) mm, with fire resistance rating - 0.6 hour, insulated, supplied with internal bolt.
Dimensions and weight of the structures shall provide the possibility of their transportation by railway, sea and car transport. The frequentative cycles of the loading and unloading must not influence upon their toughness and working quality.
Connecting elements of structures, for assembly variant shall provide quick and convenient erection of the building, shall not admit blowing and chilling, particularly in places of butting, exception of the possibility of the condensate`s forming; the drainage is from roof.
Internal finishing of the building shall be easily washed, not to eliminate the hazardous materials.
Roofing shall be non-bolting with external drain.
All products, taken into account in "Nomenclature of products and services (work), subject to obligatory certification" shall be certified.
The items with rated fire-prevention and hygienic requirements shall have appropriate certificate.
