LANGUAGE FOCUS: FAX TRANSMISSION
Faxes should always have a cover sheet – the first page of a fax with the headings: To, From, Date, Subject. Usually we send faxes to our distant partners and receive faxes from them. We can send some information by fax or fax some information to somebody.
The style of a fax can be very formal, like a business letter, or more simple and direct. Everything depends on who you are writing to. |
