1½ Ounces wholemeal organic soy flour
½ ounce sweet almond flour
½ ounce orris root powder
½ ounce powdered oats or oat flour
Combine the base ingredients in a glass container and mix well. You may add up to 1 ounce of clay to the face-pack base, selecting the type appropriate for your skin, or add 1 teaspoon to the amount used in an individual recipe if you do not wish to use clay every time you use the packs. Some people find clays too drying for their skin with regular use, but a once-a-month treatment provides extra-deep cleansing when necessary.
Clay Types and Their Actions
Blue: Healing and cell regenerating, antiphlogistic. For acneic and sensitive skin.
Green: Controls sebum production. For oily skin.
White: Detoxifies and balances. For delicate skin.
Red: Cleansing and toning. For all skin types except very dry.

BREAST MASSAGE OIL
90 ml apricot kernel oil
10 ml olive oil or helio-carrot oil

Blend all ingredients in an opaque glass bottle. Put a little massage oil on both hands and, using both hands at the same time, very gently rub each breast with circular movements, moving outward toward the underarms. Your left hand should be moving clockwise around the breast and your right hand counterclockwise. Do this gently after your bath or shower. Then mist with your choice of breast mists.

FOOT POWDER

5 drops E.O. lemon
Mix dry ingredients, then add essential oils. Use a mortar and pestle or fork to make sure the essential oils are thoroughly mixed into the powders.
Store in a glass jar or glass shaker. With small dusting puff or cotton balls massage into the feet, or dust socks and shoes with it. Use one of the leg mists and let dry before dusting with the powder for maximum results. The powder will keep well at room temperature.

SIMPLE FACE SCRUB
1 tablespoon pin oatmeal
1 tablespoon (approximate) A.H. to suit your skin type
1/8 teaspoon V.O. avocado, apricot kernel, or hazelnut
Put oatmeal and oil in a small bowl. Add hydrolate drop by drop until a paste forms. Apply to face with a gentle circular motion, avoiding eye area. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and follow with a spritz of cold hydrosol.
SIMPLE BODY SCRUB
You will want to stand in the tub while you do this, as the salt gets everywhere.
