الطريقة: نبدأ تحت التاريخ مباشرة بـ (اسم المرسل إليه Dear) مع ترك المسافة تحت كلمة[Date]
يليها عبارة تقديم , ثم نكتب ما نريد في فقرة متوالية الجمل.

المكان: الناحية اليمنى , حيث نكتب عبارة خاتمة ثم [Yours] و كتابة اسم الراسل تحتها.
