Способи перекладу дієслова у пасивному

СТАНІ

1. Дієсловом “бути” у сполученні з короткою формою дієприкметника пасивного стану.

The book was published last year. Книга була опублікована торік.

  1. Дієсловом, що закінчується на -ся,

-сь.

This problem is being discussed. Ця проблема обговорюється.

3.Неозначено-особовим реченням.

The film is much spoken about. Про фільм багато говорять

4. Дієсловом в активному стані, якщо в реченні є додаток з сполучником by.

She was laughed at by everybody. Над нею усі сміялися.

Exercise 1. Translate the sentences into Ukrainian

Exercise 2. Change the following sentences from Active into Passive. Leave out the doer of the action.

Exercise 3. Respond to the following. Use the Present Continuous Tense, Passive Voice.

Model: What's going on in the room? (to pack things).

The things are being packed.

3. What's going on in the surgery? (to examine a child)
