Introduction
One of necessary terms of organization of educational process in accordance with the credit-module system is a presence of executable educational program of every discipline, made up on basis of module-ratings principles and proved to information of teachers and students..
The rating system of evaluation (RSE) is the essential part of executable educational program and foresees determination of quality of all audience and independent educational work performing and level of the and abilities purchased by student by an evaluation in the marks of this job performances during current, module and semester tests, with the next translation of estimation in marks in estimations with a traditional national scale and scale of European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).
1. Reference notes
1.1. Aim of the discipline
The purpose of teaching discipline - to teach future specialists scientific principles and methods of measurement principles of action, equipment, purpose and rules of selection, installation and testing of thermal devices, which got distribution systems for the transport of gas.
1.2. Tasks for learning the discipline
The task of learning a discipline - to give students the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to study the thermal devices to measure various thermo-dynamic parameters of gas flow in gas compressor units (GPA) to acquaint with the standard measuring tools, measuring research skills to instill the characteristics and functional parameters that determine the ability of robotic GPA in the light conditions.
1.3. Discipline status in the system of professional training
Discipline "Thermal measurement and instruments" is a special discipline in the system of theoretical and practical training for mechanical engineer specializing 6.090500 "Gas turbine installations and compressor stations.
Discipline gives students the necessary theoretical and practical training competent technical maintenance and repair of gas turbine and compressor.
1.4. Integrated requirements for learning outcomes on the discipline
As a result of learning discipline a student must:
Know: - Scientific basis of measurement process;
- General principles of metrological characteristics of measurement processes;
- General technical assessment of errors in measurements;
- Methods of temperature measurement;
- Methods of measuring pressure and pressure difference;
- Methods of measurement of gas and liquid;
- Methods of measurement of gases.
Able to:
- Perform calculations errors of measurement specific device;
- Pick up instruments for measuring parameters of a given error;
- To use instruments to measure temperature, pressure, cost of gas and more.
1.5. Integrated requirements for learning outcomes on modules
By academic discipline "Thermal measurement and instruments" provides two training modules that overlap the work of the educational process.
1.5.1. As a result of learning training module number 1 "Thermal measurement. Basic concepts. Measurement of temperature and pressure" the student must:
Know: - Fundamental error of measurement and analysis;
- Basic means of measurement types and measurement methods;
- Basic methods of temperature measurement; - Main methods of measuring pressure.
Able to:
- Calculate error measurement;
- Pick up the necessary means of measuring a specific technical problem;
- Pick up the necessary means of temperature measurement in a particular installation technology;
- Pick up the necessary means of measuring pressure in a particular installation technology. 1.5.2. As a result of learning training module number 2 "Measurement of gas flow and gas composition measurement methods" the student must:
Know: - Principle of measurement of gas flow;
- Principle of measurement of gas.
Able to:
- Calculate and analyze the performance of flow meters;
- Analyze and calculate the performance of meters of gas.
