2. Full verb or auxiliary verb?

Write A or F next to the following sentences to show whether be is used as an auxiliary verb or a full verb. Translate from English into Russian.

5. Is or has?

s is the contracted form of both is and has. In the following sentences, say if ‘s = is or has.

Comparative and superlative

  1. Comparative and superlative adjectives are formed in three ways.

1. with –er and –est

  1. with –ier and –iest

  2. with more and most
