3 Kazakhstan: foreign policy review

Проблема: At the end of the first decade of the XXI century Kazakhstan became the authoritative, recognized participant of the world community of the states. However this result demanded huge efforts, hard work. In the early nineties, during disintegration of the USSR, position of Kazakhstan was perfect other. Preconditions to independent foreign policy of Kazakhstan were formed together with sovereignty formation.

Идея проекта: The main directions of foreign policy of Kazakhstan.

• Цель проекта: Consideration of the basic principles, forms and directions of foreign policy of Kazakhstan.

• Задачи проекта:

1. Review the basic principles and priorities of foreign policy of Kazakhstan.

2. Consider a strategy of foreign economic relations of our country.

3. Ensuresocial and politicalstability.

• Использование в процессе проектной работы компетенций и субкомпетенции: socio-cultural competence, information-retrieval, analytical and predictive.

• Возможные варианты решения поставленной проблемы:

1. The inclusion of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the international and regional security structures and systems to strengthen national sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability of borders.

2. Provision of external conditions and factors for accelerated economic development, structural adjustment, the creation of market mechanisms and infrastructures.

3. Further development and strengthen fraternal relations with the Central Asian countries, countries with which it unites not only geographical proximity, but also the common historical fate, the relationship of cultures, traditions and customs.
