The passage is defined as navigation through the territorial sea for the purpose of crossing that sea without entering internal waters. It may include temporary stoppage, but only if they are incidental to ordinary navigation or necessitated by distress. |
Право проходу визначається як судноплавство через територіальні води моря з метою перейти його, не заходячи у внутрішні води. Такий перетин може включати тимчасову зупинку, але лише якщо вона пов’язані зі звичайним плаванням або зумовлена якимось лихом. |
