There is one signifigant answer and topic as to how and what recycling really does. 1)Recycling isn’t as it seems. Sure, it helps our enviorment clean up, and the three R’s (reuse, recycle, renew), but, in terms of energy conservation, it doesn’t help! Sometimes, recycling uses up more energy than it will take to create another item! Recycling may be a helper, but there are some things about it that aren’t really helpful.

Good question…I myself don’t like the “excuse” that recycling gives us. We say, ‘Well at least I recycle. That’s doing something.’ I believe the key is to curb our consumption not recycle it.

Were those first two comments made here because Obama has re-cycled so many appointees from the Bush & Clinton administrations?
He’s also named Gov. Vilsak from Iowa as the Sec of Ag. He’s in favor of developing bio-fuels further and of diverting funds from some Ag entitlement programs into eco-friendly/ eco-protectionist programs.
