My cousin, Sherif, is a kind doctor. He's helpful and cheerful. He often treats his poor neighbours for free. Last Friday, an old lady came to his house and asked if he would come to examine her sick husband. Dr. Sherif, at once, followed the wife to her home. When he entered, to his surprise, he noticed that the family had no food or money.
