Предисловие
Методическая разработка “A View on Britain” предназначена для студентов первого курса неязыковых вузов.
Ее цель заключается в расширении лингвострановедческого кругозора, развитии способности и готовности студентов к межкультурной коммуникации.
Задачи: 1) развитие лингвистической компетенции; 2) формирование лингвокультурной компетенции; 3) развитие перцептивных и продуктивных навыков речемыслительной деятельности; 4) воспитание толерантности и уважения к культуре страны изучаемого языка.
Методическая разработка выполнена в соответствии с требованиями коммуникативно-ориентированного подхода к обучению.
Структура методической разработки:
предтекстовые упражнения направлены на снятие лексико-грамматических трудностей.
текстовые упражнения осуществляют контроль степени сформированности языковых навыков и речевых умений.
послетекстовые упражнения предполагают использование материала в качестве языковой, речевой и содержательной опоры в устной и письменной речи.
В качестве иллюстративного материала используются новейшие страноведческие и лингвострановедческие информационные источники; аудио и видео материал.
