Тема: Физиология систем и органов. Основные физиологические процессы в организме человека.
Цель: развитие навыков чтения и повседневного общения, а также формирование и развитие компетенций:
-ОК-1-способность к обобщению, анализу, восприятию информации, постановке цели и выбору путей ее достижения, владение культурой мышления;
-ОК-2-способность логически верно, аргументировано и ясно строить устную и письменную речь, создавать тексты профессионального назначения;
ПК-13- способность использовать один из иностранных языков в общении и профессиональной деятельности на уровне, не ниже разговорного.
Задачи:
-Повторить временные формы страдательного залога–времена группы Simple (Indefinite);
-Тренировать навык изучающего чтения для перевода специальных текстов по теме «Физиология»;
- Освоить терминологию по теме «Физиология систем и органов».

The nervous system regulates the activities of different organs and the whole organism. Muscular contractions, secretion, metabolism and many other processes are controlled by the nervous system.
The work of each organ or system of organs can be affected by various conditions. A change in the function of one organ or system can cause changes in the functions of other organs and systems. For example, during physical work metabolism in muscles increases.
The brain is the center of the nervous system and the most complicated mechanism in the human body. The weight of the human brain is from 1 to 2 kg. It has a volume of about 3.21 litres and consists of about 12 billion cells. Each cell is connected to the other by nerve fibers.
The brain is the center of a wide system of communication. A constant flow of stimuli comes into the brain through the spinal cord. The stimuli come from our eyes, ears and other sense organs for pain, temperature, smell and other feelings. When all the received stimuli are summarized and analyzed the brain sends orders through the nerve fibers in the spinal cord to different parts of the human body. It is due to these orders that a person hears, sees, smells, tastes and so on.
There are certain areas in the brain which control vision, hearing, smell, physical movements and even emotions.
