Occupation safety and health regulations
Before the lessons laboratory must be prepared to carry out the work preparation of working place, necessary devices, raw materials, special clothes (warehouse coat, gloves, protecting glasses);
The following is forbidden in the laboratory:
to smoke and eat
no stangers
to leave laboratory instruments
People acquainted with general rules of occupational safety, belong into
electric maintenance equipment can work with furnaces;
To prohibit work with furnaces in the absence of protective ground;
Power supply of furnace is realized from net of alternating current, voltage 220 V. It is necessary to remember about hitting by electric current when careless with treatment.
5 minutes student must till the end of the lesson complect all instruments and equipment and give to the duty laboratory assistant.
General requirements of sofety to study, laboratory works stated in the State General compudsory Standard 12.4.113.
General rules to design works
On first page title is written, aim and volume of works in hours are specified, surname, name of a students, group, data of implementation.
Work is designed in sequence showed in methodical instructions.
Designed laboratory works must contain the following sections: cover page contents, literature and laboratory works.
The text of the works is written accurately on broshured pages of format A4 following GOST 2.105, GOST 8.417, Quality Standard SKSU 4.6-001-2004 (design of works in print type following above mentioned standards the format A4 or A5) is admitted.
