And now I’m going to tell you a few words about my family. My family lives in__________. We have been living there for ___ years.

We are a family of five: my mother, my father, my elder brother, my younger sister and me. Our family is very friendly.

Certainly I’m going to talk first of my Dad. His name is __________. My Dad is in his late (early) forties but he looks much younger. He is a(n) ________ (driver, engineer, teacher, manager, worker, economist, accountant). His work is very hard. Very often he works overtime. My father is tall (short). And he has got brown eyes. He sometimes wears glasses. And he has got a lovely broad smile. My Dad is the best father in the world. He is the soul, the heart and the head of our family. My father’s advice and opinion are very important.

My mother’s name is _________. She is ___ (five) years younger than my father. My mother is a _________. My Mum is pretty and looks young for her age. She has got long, dark brown hair. She is slim. She’s got greeny-brown eyes and soft features. She is smart and elegant. She has a lot of work to do. My Mum keeps our house, does shopping and cooking. My Mummy is the dearest. She is honest, kind, good-natured and clever. When I’ve got a problem I always talk to her first.

My brother is called _________. He’s ____ years old. After he finished school, he failed his entrance exams to a High School and he joined the Army. After two years of his military service he entered the State Novosibirsk University. Now he works for a big company. He is tall and handsome. At the moment he is not married (is single). He wants to be independent and he rents a flat near our house. His hobbies are: horse riding, rock music, football, females and spending money.

My sister’s name is _______. She is ___ years old. My sister is a funny and energetic girl. She is a schoolgirl and she’s good at English. My sister and I have got different personalities (a lot in common) and we like different (the same) things. We are (not) close friends.

Besides I have many relatives: grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins. My mother’s parents don’t live with us. They live in a village. We often visit them. They worked hard on the farm. Now they are retired. They have some health problems. My aunts, uncles and cousins live in the country (towns, cities). We often visit each other and we get on very well. I love my family.
