6. Arranging a presentation
You have been asked by a foreign company to give a presentation on your product / service at their premises. Write a brief letter thanking them for the invitation, and explaining:
what equipment you will need;
how you would like the room to be laid out;
how long you think the presentation will take;
anything else you think is relevant.
They have asked you to give the presentation on the morning of the 14th of next month. This would not be convenient for you, so suggest another time, and let them know what time you would prefer to arrive.

8. Reading and punctuation
One of the most popular ways of closing a presentation is with an authoritative quotation. Here is a very famous one written by John Ruskin. First punctuate it. Then practise reading it aloud.
its unwise to pay too much but its worse to pay too little when you pay too much you lose a little money thats all when you pay too little you sometimes lose everything because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do the common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot it cant be done if you deal with the lowest bidder it is well to add something for the risk you run and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better
