а) по джерелам виникнення кримінальної відповідальності;

б) за значимістю обʼєкта зазіхання;

в) за рівнем небезпеки злочину.

Зміст екзамену

1. Читання та письмовий переклад (зі словником) рідною мовою автентичного тексту за фахом.

Обсяг тексту 700-750 друкованих знаків. Час для виконання перекладу

35 хвилин.

Форма перевірки - читання тексту в голос‚ перевірка підготовленого перекладу тексту. Перевіряються навички та вміння читання з повним та точним розумінням перекладу та вміння користуватись словником.

2. Усне реферування (резюме) автентичного тексту за фахом (без словника) рідною мовою.

Обсяг тексту 550-600 друкованих знаків. Текст може мати 3-4 % незнайомої лексики. Час на підготовку 10 хвилин.

Перевіряються навички та вміння ознайомлювального читання мовчки та усного переказу рідною мовою змісту прочитаного.

3. Бесіда іноземною мовою на запропоновану ситуацію в межах пройденої тематики.

Обсяг монологічного висловлювання 10-12 фраз.

Перевіряються навички та вміння усного мовлення як спонтанного так і підготовленого.

15. Inform your foreign colleagues about the legislative power in Ukraine. The main functions of the Verkhovna Rada, the number of national deputies in it, the term which they are elected for etc.

16. Tell your foreign colleagues about the judicial power in Ukraine, the highest judicial bodies of general and constitutional jurisdiction and courts of appeal.

17. The British policemen have visited our Academy. At the joined seminar you are to speak on the tasks of the Ukrainian Militia and the structure of the Ministry of the Interior.

18. You are preparing a report on "Classification of Crimes" for the conference. What types of crimes will you talk about?
